Astrolabe System: Desert Ring

A continuation of the Astrolabe System concepts, this depicts the third ring in the system, a hot yet habitable desert ring that's frequently engulfed in large electrical storms caused by shifting temperatures as the shadows of other rings pass over it's surface.
