A new painting done for an upcoming sci-fi/fantasy based Norse book trilogy by author P.R.Adams.

I had a lot of fun with this one using a far more painterly style than I usually do, playing with different brushes and textures to create a classical feel to it.
The other 2 images will follow suit in both style and composition.
